Crack !!TOP!! Para Adobe Indesign Cc 2015

My indesign is extremely slow, especially starting up. (CC 2015- updated very recently). We work on servers & on google drive with lots of space. I thought it was the servers possibly, but my co-workers do not have the issues like I do. Is there something slowing me down? How can I avoid this? I have had to re-start my computer many times, and even used the shift-key trick. Nothing seems to work, and at random times, InDesign works perfectly! Majority of the time, though, it is SO SLOW!
